Charcuterie Board
The Charcuterie Board makes a perfect serving board for parties, get-togethers, wine tastings/pairings, you name it! Built in the Excelsior Line style, this board can be ordered in either Maple, Birch, or Ash! The Excelsior Line artisan-style serving board is 7W x 18L x 1 (approximate dimensions in inches).

Artisan Gnocchi Board
Our artisan Gnocchi Board, measuring 1/2 inch thick, 3 inches wide, and 11 inches long is made from high quality maple with an easy to grip handle. A rawhide strap allows for easy hanging. The angular ridges help shape the gnocchi and add texture which will hold more sauce. It also provides a more consistent look than using a fork.

'Que Board
Made from select laminated 3/4 inch maple long grain with a juice groove in either the Excelsior or Classic lines. The board is approximately sized to 24 inches long by 18 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches thick.

Trivets
Based on our Specialty Collection line of cutting boards, these are constructed from either maple, birch, or ash with a dark hardwood accent stripe and rubber feet. In addition to their primary use they can be used as serving trays and as a cutting board. They are sold in pairs in 6, 7, or 8 inch square dimensions and are approximately 3/4 inch thick.

Emma
A peel is a shovel-like tool used to slide pizzas, bread, and pastries in and out of an oven. Emma is made of select hardwood, 14 inches wide, 24 inches long including the handle, and 1/2 inch thick. Emma has a chiseled front and side edges to make it easier to slide under the pizza. Over time, the wood will begin to absorb some of the pizza flavor. If you love baking or grilling homemade pizza, then Emma is a must have tool!

Spatulas
Spatulas are the most versatile and widely used wood utensil in the kitchen and will not scratch or damage your cookware. They are individually hand crafted from either maple or birch, treated with mineral oil, and are sold in pairs. They are 12 inches long and 2 inches wide at the work surface.

For light-duty food preparation and/or where space is limited, consider the Excelsior or Classic Collections, 9.0 inch wide by 12.0 inch long by 1.25 inch thick board.

For heavy-duty food preparation consider the Excelsior or Classic Collections, 12.0 inch wide by 16.0 inch long by 1.5 inch thick board.

If you are contemplating using the board for serving hors d'oeuvres, consider the Specialty Collection 12.0 inch wide by 16.0 inch long by 1.0 inch thick board.

If you are going to use the board to serve Bruschetta, consider the Specialty Collection 8.0 inch wide by 18.0 inch long by 1.0 inch thick board.
